Our Approach

The Art of Dying Institute is dedicated to establishing an engaged community focused on shifting individual and cultural understandings of death and dying. We are, in turn, dedicated to providing a spiritual, scientific, and practical approach to end of life care, bereavement, burials and the exploration of consciousness in relation to death.

The Art of Dying Institute offers workshops, multi-session courses and advanced certificate training programming for doctors, nurses, counselors, chaplains, social workers, bereavement and end of life care counselors, psychologists, funeral directors, and members of the general public interested in and in need of a more integrative and holistic approach to an understand of death and working with the dying.
